Catch the rain- save it for a rainy day! Come learn the basics of rainwater harvesting for irrigation. Consider important design decisions: What will the system look like? How big of a tank do I need? What are the laws in TX?

About the instructor: Nell Wheeler is the owner and operator of Metal Rain Tanks LLC, and is one of the few female Master Plumbers in Texas. Nell is a green plumber, and her work incorporates her passion for water and energy conservation. For almost 15 years, she has designed and installed rainwater collection systems for homes, businesses and organizations in Houston and central Texas. Nell is also a beekeeper and gardener.
