Jewelry Basics for Tweens and Teens

Learn to make personalized DIY jewelry projects with beads, metal wire, and leather!

Tweens and Teens will build two hand-made jewelry projects in this workshop while learning how to use jewelry-making tools and supplies.

We will begin by making a personalized beaded wrap bracelet with natural gemstones, leather cords and beading silk while learning knotting and stitching techniques: overhand, macrame, figure eight, and ladder stitch.

We will then level up our wire skills by making a wire wrapped pendant with jump rings, pliers, and silver wire, as well as surface texturing with a hammer and a bench block.

These projects will be satisfying as students discover the joy of personalized jewelry made just for them or loved ones.

* Fee Notes: All material costs covered
