Enjoy your morning coffee with the delicious smell of cardamon seeds, ginger and homemade vegetable milk. Learn natural ways to boost your Immune System to prevent illness and know how to increase your energy levels with aloe vera, cloves and more. Discover how easy it is to prepare a delicious turmeric brown rice and coconut milk roasted vegetables full of delicious spices.

Instructor: Brenda Tapia launched her career as a lawyer and used her interest in nutrition and yoga to became a Health Coach and a Yoga Instructor. During her journey, Brenda has learned that her passion is rooted in providing the tools that will help her clients make conscious decisions for their body. Brenda enjoys providing the tools that help her clients become more resourceful.
