Intermediate Gardening: Intro to Seed Saving

Seeds don’t come from shiny packets on the shelves of Home Depot. They are complex biological histories. So how do we get them? How should you store them? Will they be like the parent plant? Come learn the basics of seed saving on the farm; how to save them, keep them from season to season, and protect the heritage or cross breed. We’ll go through the processes of seasonal seed saving (tomatoes, peppers, eggplant, okra, and beans) leaving with some of the farms biology to take home with you.
