Sewing III: PJ Pants
Learn to follow a simple clothing pattern and make something you can wear in this advanced class. Finished, comfortable pajama pants and the pattern with instructions will be yours to take home at the end of this four hour course.
Skills covered and practiced will include how to read a pattern, how to make small adjustments to a pattern, how to make a casing for elastic, how to sew elastic, and hemming.
Note: Please email the size of pj pants that you intend to make to: firstname.lastname@example.org. This workshop DOES NOT include materials for the PJ pants. Students will need to bring 2 1/2 yards of cotton quilting fabric or a set of old sheets!
Required Prerequisites: Sewing I and II
Workshop is for: Adults
Students should wear: no loose clothing/jewelry
